'BEAR' Necessities:

Thank you very much for visiting our website, we would ask that you please 'bear' in mind the following:

Burra Bears are all handmade to order and can be produced from your own sweater or from our stock, if you do wish to place an order please contact us for current delivery dates. We send all our bears out by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK or Airmail if they are travelling further.

Payment for your Burra Bear can be made by credit card or bank transfer. All goods remain the property of Burra Bears until paid for in full.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your Burra Bear please return him or her to us within one month and we shall refund your payment in full without question so long as the bear is in perfect condition and has not been damaged in any way. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Both the Original Burra Bear and Peerie Burra Bears are sold as collectibles, not as toys. Peerie Oolets hold the CE mark and are sold as a toy. Burra Bears are members of the Shetland Arts & Crafts Association and have undergone an independant quality testing programme.
